Il progetto nasce nell'ambito di un'attività di consulenza presso lo studio di architettura di Roma Spaceplanners. Trattasi di una struttura annessa ad uno stabilimento balneare. Il progetto è consistito in un restyling di una struttura esistente dei primi anni del novecento, che è stata restaurata e ampliata con un corpo prospiciente il mare e resa completamente trasparente nelle sue partizioni orizzontali e verticali. La nuova veste, dovuta alla scelta di materiali di pregio e di arredi realizzati interamente su misura nonchè ad una progettazione illuminotecnica studiata ad hoc, esalta i singoli locali del centro benessere  Victoria Regeneration SPA (www.victoriaspa.it/), che è stato realizzato all'interno.

 The project is part of a consultancy in the architecture of Rome Spaceplanners. This is a structure connected to a bathouse. The project consisted in a redesign of an existing structure of the early twentieth century, which has been restored and enlarged with a body facing the sea and made completely trasparent in its horizontal and vertical partitions. The new look, due to the choice of quality materials and custom furnishings as well as a lighting design ad hoc, exalts the individual environment of the spa Victoria Regeneration SPA (www.victoriaspa.it), that has been achieved inside.
